Asian Five Spice Powder

2 Tablespoons Anise
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

2 teaspoons Fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cloves

1/2 teasspoonSzechuan/Pepper
Grind together. Makes 1/4 cup powder. Keeps for several months in airtight container.
